Alpine County Fall 2018 Biomass (Burn) Pile at Turtle Rock Park
The Biomass (Burn) Pile is held for Alpine County Residents free of Charge. This event is provided by the Alpine County Community Development in cooperation with the Eastern Alpine Fire/Rescue and Alpine Fire Safe Council.
Drop off will be on Saturdays, Sundays and Wednesdays from 8:00am to 4:00pm Starting Saturday, September 15th through Sunday, October 21. Weather permitting

Accepted Material: Natural vegetation, shrubs, branches, limbs, pine needles, grasses, leaves

Not Accepted Material: Stumps. treated wood, wood with nails, non-vegetation items, rocks, dirt, cement, construction debris and construction site clearing debris, trash, garbage, household waste, furniture, tires, recyclable items, metals, appliances, plastics, batteries, oil, vehicles, paint, solvents, anti-freeze, paint thinner, cleaning fluids, aerosol cans, pesticides, insecticides
