Small business support and advocacy is as important now as ever. Throughout 2020 the Chamber has worked to find resources for small businesses to weather the COVID storms, secured COVID compliance and safety materials for staff, and worked to keep our members abreast of local events and changes to the business climate. We look forward to continuing that mission to adapt and support our members throughout 2021.
Additional Member Services include referral and recommendation of Chamber of Commerce member’s services and/or products, members can display their business cards, brochures and promotional materials in the Chamber office, planning and implementation of member and community-wide events and activities, social media publicity, marketing, as well as training and operation assistance to members through the Small Business Development Center in conjunction with San Joaquin Delta College, Stockton, California.
We provide information on our members to visitors through print publications and our websites www.alpinecounty.com and www.deathride.com. Our members also have access to our bulk mail permit, and our given reduced rates on photocopying and faxing. When regulations and resources allow, we host mixers and General membership Meetings, and provide funding for fish plants. We work to keep our members connected through our monthly membership newsletter, and much more.
